Right to Options: Patients have the right to be informed about all reasonable treatment and care options available to them.

Patient Responsibilities

Being Respectful: You are responsible for being respectful toward all healthcare providers, staff, and other patients.

Notifying Changes: You are responsible for informing your provider of any changes in your health condition during the treatment process.
Arranging Transportation: If required, you are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is available to take you home and stay with you for at least 24 hours.
Advance Directives and Living Will: You are responsible for informing your provider about any advance directives, living wills, or medical power of attorney.
